Angie Harbin holds a M.S. in ecology from the University of California, Davis and has over 25 years of experience in environmental consulting, including managing large-scale projects and permitting efforts as well as maintaining excellent client relations. Angie began her career as a biologist specializing in raptor and avian biology, and advanced into roles as a project manager, technical expert, group leader, and section director on various projects. She is exceptionally well-versed in the natural resource and regulatory landscape in California. Angie serves as principal biologist for RBC. She supports project managers and other staff by performing principal reviews; assisting with project and permitting strategy; business development; and providing ongoing project support and mentoring.
