Hannah Swarthout serves as a biologist for RBC where she assists in conducting protocol surveys for burrowing owls and least Bell’s vireo and performs biological monitoring. She also aids in the preparation of technical reports for compliance with federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations. Hannah holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies from California State University San Marcos and has two years of professional experience in southern California field biology. Before joining Rocks Biological Consulting, Hannah worked for various governmental agencies and environmental consulting firms where she helped conduct biological monitoring and surveys, habitat restoration, and wildlife movement studies.
